A COMBINATION OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND MANY YEARS’ EXPERIENCE

 

 

Buva guarantees the high quality of the ingredients it uses. Quality control occurs on an ongoing basis, from the moment the basic products arrive, with an interim check at every processing stage, through to a secure final inspection. The greatest attention is paid to hygiene before, during and after processing. Buva is IFS and ACS certified.

Buva produces two products that have been recognised as local specialities:
Scrapple Grandma Style and Baked Pâté.
This is a recognition – both for Buva and for its customers – that the products at Buva have been made according to traditional methods and with the greatest of care for more than 25 years.

BUVA Vleeswaren bvba is a family business specialising in the production of assorted meat delicacies made according to traditional methods, with the emphasis on "traditional"!
The process of filling terrines or other moulds with the products and oven baking is still carried out by hand. BUVA has its own slice department, meaning the firm is able to guarantee the quality and optimal freshness of its products.
